2. Products

YELLOW FEVER offers clothing and fashion accessories. Product descriptions, photographs, sizes, materials and prices are provided on each product page.

Because some products are handcrafted, made-to-order or use natural materials, slight variations in appearance, texture or finish may occur. These variations are not considered defects when they are inherent to the materials or craftsmanship.

3. Orders

By placing an order through the website, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms of Sale.

After an order is placed, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email.

YELLOW FEVER reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of a pricing error, suspected fraudulent activity, payment issue, or product availability issue. If payment has already been made, the customer will be refunded.

Shipping costs, where applicable, are displayed before the customer completes the purchase.

6. Made-to-Order Products

Some YELLOW FEVER products are made to order.

The product page will indicate when an item is made to order and may specify an estimated production time.

7. Shipping

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer.

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Once the order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided by email.

YELLOW FEVER is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including customs procedures, carrier delays, strikes or exceptional events.

8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

For consumers located in the European Union, the customer generally has a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the order, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

To exercise this right, the customer must inform YELLOW FEVER of their decision to withdraw before the applicable deadline.

Returned products must be in their original condition, unused and unworn, with all original tags and packaging where applicable.

The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product unless the product is defective or the wrong product was sent.
